United is more than just a hugely successful football club — it’s a global brand that attracts football fans, commercial sponsors and general tourists to its Old Trafford stadium from all over the world. Naturally, the corridors of power have to look as impressive as the team out on the field. We work closely with the club’s photographers to ensure the walls of the stadium, and the training ground at Carrington, are filled with action images of United’s stars.
We have worked with United for many years and understand their need to make a visual statement. While the brand never changes, there are new players, new shirt designs and new sponsorship deals, which means that the images used around the stadium need to be regularly updated. The club uses the same model of frame throughout the complex to ensure a crisp, consistent approach. The level of trust we have built up with United means that we have also worked for individual players and the management team, indeed we even supplied a frame for Sir Alex Ferguson’s Knighthood.
